Choosing a solution

Inserts can add shape, but they cannot hide the straps or back band of the bra holding them. If an outfit exposes those parts, first decide whether the bra itself works. Adding Pop will not change where its straps sit.

Check the bra lines

Look at the neckline, shoulder openings and back. If a bra strap appears where you want clear skin, changing insert placement will not solve that. Choose a different bra style or consider Pop Up if the outfit provides enough cup coverage.

Check comfort before adding volume

If the bra already feels crowded, extra padding may make the cup fit less comfortable. Inserts are optional styling tools. A covered-back outfit with a well-fitting bra may work best without additional padding at all.

A common question

Can Pop make my regular bra backless?

Pop cannot remove the straps or band of a bra you keep wearing. The box also describes use inside a tight, structured top; that needs enough coverage and garment support, with fabric contact outside and skin contact inside. It is not permission to wear Pop as unsupported cups or attach it to any loose dress.

Pop push-up inserts

Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.

Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
