Choosing a solution
You do not need to replace a bra you like just to experiment with a different shape. Pop inserts add lift inside an existing bra; a push-up bra combines the bra and padding in one garment. Start with how your current bra fits.
When inserts make sense
Choose removable inserts when your bra already feels secure and you want to adjust the shape for particular outfits. Leave room inside each cup: an insert should not make the cup edge dig in or create overflow. Your existing bra still provides the bra structure. Pop's box also allows use inside a tight, structured top, but inserts do not replace that garment's support.
When a different bra makes sense
If your band moves, your cups gap, or the bra feels uncomfortable before adding anything, inserts are not a fix for that fit problem. Try a better-fitting bra first. Compare the complete outfit in a mirror before choosing extra padding.

Your fitting checklist
- Check the bra alone first
- Leave room for an insert
- Compare the outfit from the side

A common question
Do Pop inserts replace a push-up bra?
Pop adds lift and shape but does not provide a complete bra's structure. You can use it with a suitable bra or tight, structured top, following its double-sided adhesive placement steps. The supporting garment still matters.

Pop push-up inserts
Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.
Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
