Choosing a solution

A conventional strapless bra removes shoulder straps but usually keeps a back band. An adhesive bra changes both the shoulder and back coverage. Your outfit's back opening is the most useful starting point when comparing the two.

Covered back, familiar support

For a strapless top with a covered back, a conventional strapless bra may be a practical option. Try it with the garment before changing products. If you want more shape in a bra you already own, check whether Pop fits comfortably inside its cups.

Open back, different coverage

For an open back, Pop Up may help avoid a visible bra band. Check that both cups and the clasp sit underneath the fabric. If you prefer the structure of a conventional bra, consider a garment that covers its band instead.

A common question

Is an adhesive bra the same as a strapless bra?

Both can avoid shoulder straps, but an adhesive bra does not use a conventional back band.
