Choosing a solution

A removable lining pad and a push-up insert do not always create the same effect. A lining pad often follows the shape of the cup. Pop is a separate insert used inside an existing bra to add lift, shape and cleavage.

Look at what the cup already contains

Check whether your bra already has padding or a pocket. Pop is different from a loose lining pad because it has adhesive on both sides and needs fabric contact outside and skin contact inside. A closed padding pocket may prevent that skin contact. Use clean, dry skin without lotion or oil and pads wiped clean and dried. Place Pop low and to the side, thick edge down, scoop up and inward onto the pad and press through the bra. More layers can change the available cup space. Start with one pair of inserts and assess the fit rather than stacking padding until the bra becomes crowded.

Judge the whole outfit

A change in shape may look different under a fitted knit than under a loose blouse. View the result from the side and under the actual clothing you plan to wear. Keep the position that feels comfortable and stays covered.

A common question

Does every removable pad add lift?

No. Padding shapes and purposes vary. Pop is intended to add lift and shape inside your bra.

Pop push-up inserts

Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.

Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
