Returns & Exchanges: Veluna Pop and Veluna Pop Up

We want you to love how you feel in Veluna. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange Veluna Pop (inserts) and Veluna Pop Up (sticky bra) within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Full refund: unopened items only

Because Pop and Pop Up are adhesive products worn directly against the skin, we can only refund items that are:

• Unopened, with the hygiene/safety seal unbroken
• In their original packaging with all tags and liners included
• Undamaged and free of any scent, residue, or marks

Exchange only: opened items

If the seal on your Pop or Pop Up has been opened, it can’t be refunded. You can still exchange it once for a different size, color, or style, as long as it’s clean and undamaged and you request the exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, whether or not the seal is opened.

What you cover

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
