Pop inserts
Pop's double-sided adhesive grips your skin and the inside of an existing bra or suitable tight, structured top. The garment provides the support; Pop is not a standalone bra.
Wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil. Put on a tight, structured top.
Position each pad inside your garment with the thick edge facing down. Keep it toward the outer side, not over the front of your breast.
Scoop your breast upward and inward toward the center, onto the pad. Repeat on the other side.
Press firmly through the fabric to secure the pad to both garment and skin. Check placement and symmetry in the mirror.
The shaded lower edge in the illustration marks the thicker part of the insert. Keep that edge facing down.
Placement illustrations are simplified, not a size or results chart.
Pop Up sticky bra
Pop Up is worn without another bra. Place the cups on the outer sides of your breasts, then draw them together with the front clasp.
Start with clean, dry skin. Keep lotion, oil and perfume off your chest so the adhesive can grip.
Peel the backing and bend forward. Place the cup near your armpit, not on the front. Push tissue inward and press down, with the clasp pointing 45 degrees toward your belly button.
Apply the other cup on the outer side in the same way. The directions describe more cleavage when the unclasped cups start farther apart; placement and results vary.
Bend forward, lift your chest and bring the cups together. Close the front clasp, then check that the cups and clasp sit under your outfit.
Outer-side placement matters. Do not place both cups straight over the front of your breasts.

Product care
Wipe the pads clean and allow them to dry before applying, as the Pop box directs. Follow the care instructions on your own Pop pack. Pop and Pop Up are different products; do not use one product's wash routine as the other's instructions.
The Pop box states up to 40 uses per pair, not 40 or more guaranteed wears. Its up to two cup sizes and sweat and water resistant statements are product claims, not promises for every body or outfit. Water resistant does not mean waterproof.
Check the fit and placement under the outfit you intend to wear. The Pop box advises external use on clean, dry skin, discontinuing use if irritation occurs, and keeping it out of reach of children. For removal instructions, follow your product pack or contact us; this guide does not add an unverified removal method.
Directions adapted from VELUNA's Pop box and Pop Up instruction sheet.
