What is a sticky bra?
A sticky bra (also called an adhesive bra or stick-on bra) is two cups lined with adhesive. They stick directly to your chest, with no straps and no band. Most connect with a clasp at the center front, which pulls the cups together for lift and a centered shape.
Do sticky bras actually work?
Fit, skin preparation, placement and the pair's condition all matter. The supplied Pop Up instructions do not guarantee hold for a full night or every activity. The related hold-test page does not establish a universal duration in this guide.
Sticky bra vs adhesive push-up inserts
A sticky bra is an option when a regular bra's band or straps would show, but it does not promise the support of a banded bra. Pop adhesive inserts use double-sided grip inside an existing bra or tight, structured top. They are not a standalone bra. How to choose a sticky bra
- Size: sticky bra sizes don't match your bra tag. Use the brand's chart. Here's ours.
- Clasp: a front clasp gives lift. Without one you get coverage but not much shape.
- Edges: stitch-free edges disappear under thin fabric.
- Adhesive and care: check the product's own directions. The supplied packaging does not establish a hypoallergenic guarantee or suitability for every skin type.
How to put one on
For Pop Up, start with a clean, dry chest without lotion, oil or perfume. Bend forward and position each cup at the outer breast near the armpit, not on the front. Push tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward your belly button. Repeat on the other side. Then bend forward, lift your chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. How long does a sticky bra last?
The supplied Pop Up directions give no numerical lifespan. Pop's separate box says "Up to 40 uses per pair," not 40+ or a guaranteed minimum. Cleaning may remove oils, but does not guarantee restored grip. For Pop Up, hand wash in cool water with mild soap, use fingertips without scrubbing, rinse gently and well, air dry flat adhesive-side up or hang away from direct sunlight, then store back on its board somewhere clean and dry. Are sticky bras comfortable?
A sticky bra has no band or straps, but comfort and skin response vary. Stop use if irritation occurs. The supplied Pop and Pop Up directions do not provide removal steps; follow the directions accompanying your product or contact VELUNA for removal help.

This guide's VELUNA application and care steps follow the Pop packaging and Pop Up instruction photo supplied by the owner. Pop needs an existing bra or tight, structured top. Place it low and to the side inside the top, thick edge down; scoop the breast up and inward onto the pad, then press firmly through the fabric and check symmetry. It does not provide standalone bra support.
