A sticky bra can leave your back and shoulders bare, but application is product-specific. These steps follow the Veluna Pop Up instructions supplied by VELUNA. They are not a guarantee of all-night hold.

Before you start

Use the Veluna size guide for your product. Start with a clean, completely dry chest and no lotion, oil or perfume. Do not assume a universal application time or wear duration.

Step 1. Bend forward and place the first cup at the outside

Bend forward. Position the cup near your armpit on the outer side of your breast, not on the front. Push your breast tissue inward and press down. Point the clasp 45 degrees toward your belly button.

Step 2. Repeat on the other side

Apply the other cup the same way. Front placement is the most common mistake identified on the supplied instruction sheet. Start at the outer side and pull inward.

The packaging says that leaving more space between the cups before clasping gives more cleavage. That describes the placement technique, not a universal result. Keep the fit comfortable and do not force a shape that your pair or outfit cannot accommodate.

Step 3. Clasp and lift

Bend forward, lift your chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. Check that both sides sit evenly with your outfit and that the cups and clasp are covered as intended.

The supplied directions do not call for a three-to-five-second press or say that body heat activates the adhesive. There is no verified all-night or activity-duration promise in these instructions.

If you are using Pop inserts instead

Pop is not a standalone bra. Use it inside an existing bra or a tight, structured top.

  1. Wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil.
  2. Place each pad inside the top low and to the side, with the thick edge down. Do not put it over the front of the breast.
  3. Scoop your breast up and inward toward the center, onto the pad.
  4. Press firmly through the top so the fabric grips outside and skin grips inside. Check the mirror and match both sides.

A loose top without structure is not the same setup. Pop's packaging describes double-sided grip; it does not replace the support of your bra or top.

Removal

The supplied Pop and Pop Up instructions do not provide removal steps. Follow the removal directions accompanying your product or contact VELUNA for help. Do not substitute an unverified water, oil or peeling routine.

Care after use

Pop Up's directions specify cool water and mild soap, fingertip cleaning without scrubbing, gentle rinsing, air drying flat adhesive-side up or hanging away from direct sunlight, and storage back on its board. Pop's directions only specify wiping the pads clean and letting them dry. See how to clean a sticky bra for product-specific care and the evidence limits.

Choose for your outfit

Pop Up is an option when a bra band or straps would show. Pop inserts add fullness inside an existing bra or tight, structured top. Fit, coverage and support needs still matter. If you are unsure which product matches your outfit, use the 20-second quiz.
