Both give you shape without a regular bra doing all the work. They solve different problems, so picking the wrong one is the most common mistake. Here is the quick way to choose.

Sticky bra Adhesive push-up inserts
Replaces your bra? No band or straps; support needs still matter No; needs an existing bra or tight, structured top
Backless and strapless An option if fit and coverage suit the outfit Inside a suitable existing bra or tight, structured top; not standalone support
Adds size Clasp-and-lift placement; results vary Box claims up to 2 cup sizes; results vary
Works in swimsuits No Yes
Best for Open backs, halters, off-shoulder V-necks, plunges, bridesmaid dresses, bikinis

Choose a sticky bra if

  • The outfit can't have straps or a band showing
  • You want nothing on your back or shoulders
  • The fabric is thin and lines would show

Veluna Pop Up is a strapless, backless sticky bra with a front clasp.

Choose push-up inserts if

  • You're wearing a bra, swimsuit or dress with cups
  • The neckline looks empty and you want more fullness
  • You want something that moves between outfits

Veluna Pop inserts use double-sided adhesive. The box claims up to 2 cup sizes; fit, placement and garment structure affect results.

Can you wear both?

The supplied directions do not describe stacking Pop under Pop Up. Choose the product that suits each outfit rather than assuming combined use is supported. If your calendar has both kinds of outfits, the Night Out Kit includes both.

Still not sure? The 20-second quiz asks three questions about your outfit and tells you.

The placement and care are different

These steps follow the product directions supplied by VELUNA.

Pop: wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil. Inside an existing bra or tight, structured top, place the pads low and to the side with the thick edge down. Scoop your breast up and inward onto the pad, press firmly through the fabric and check both sides in the mirror. The supplied Pop directions do not give a detailed washing routine.

Pop Up: start with a clean, dry chest without lotion, oil or perfume. Bend forward, put each cup at the outer breast near the armpit, not on the front, push tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward the belly button. Repeat on the other side. Bend forward, lift the chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. Hand wash with cool water and mild soap; use fingertips without scrubbing, rinse gently and well, air dry flat adhesive-side up or hang out of direct sunlight, then store back on the board somewhere clean and dry.

See wearing steps and product-specific care. Pop's box claims up to 40 uses per pair, not a guaranteed minimum; the supplied Pop Up directions give no numerical lifespan or all-night hold guarantee.
