Using Pop

Extra shape works best when the bra has space for it. If adding Pop makes the cup edge press into your skin or the band feel unusually tight, stop and check the fit. Inserts should be optional, not something you force into an already crowded bra.

Compare with the bra alone

Remove the inserts and see whether the discomfort is already present. If the bra itself fits poorly, choose a better-fitting bra first. Do not use additional padding as a way to correct an unsuitable band or cup fit.

Check the clothing space too

A bra can feel acceptable while a close-fitting top becomes strained. Try the complete outfit seated and standing. Reduce the added volume or choose a different clothing fit if the result feels compressed or the neckline loses coverage.
