Using Pop

Some bras include pockets for removable padding, while others have fixed cups. Before using Pop, inspect your bra's construction and read the product instructions. Do not assume a pocket designed for a thin lining pad has room for every insert shape.

Check your bra and product instructions

Pop has adhesive on both sides, with fabric contact outside and skin contact inside. A closed padding pocket can separate the pad from your skin; do not treat Pop like a loose lining pad.

  1. Wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Use clean, dry skin without lotion or oil. Wear a suitable bra or a tight, structured top.
  2. Place each pad inside the garment low and to the side, with the thick edge down. Do not put it over the front or turn the thick edge upward.
  3. Scoop the breast up and inward toward the center onto the pad.
  4. Press firmly through the garment so the outer adhesive grips fabric and the inner adhesive grips skin. Check both sides in the mirror.

Check the finished fit

Keep the garment's support in place. Check coverage, comfort and both sides together before wearing the outfit out. Pop is not a standalone bra. It is for external use on clean, dry skin; discontinue use if irritation occurs and keep it out of reach of children.

A common question

Does every bra pocket fit Pop?

No. Bra pocket shapes vary, so check the actual space and product instructions.

Pop push-up inserts

Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.

Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
