Using Pop

Two inserts do not need to be judged by whether they sit at identical ruler measurements. What matters is that each stays within its bra cup and feels comfortable. Use the outfit's neckline and your natural shape as the final fitting reference.

Adjust one cup at a time

Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil and pads wiped clean and allowed to dry. In a suitable bra or tight, structured top, place each pad low and to the side with the thick edge down. Scoop each breast up and inward toward the center onto its pad, then press firmly through the garment so both adhesive sides grip. Check the mirror and match the two sides before judging the neckline.

Check after normal movement

Sit down and reach forward, then return to the mirror. Check whether the bra and inserts still sit comfortably. If you need repeated adjustments to keep the neckline covered, try a different bra or outfit fit.

A common question

Should both inserts sit in precisely the same position?

Follow the same low, outer placement on each side, with both thick edges down. Scoop up and inward and press through the garment, then compare both sides in the mirror. Check comfortable coverage rather than assuming identical measurements create identical results.

Pop push-up inserts

Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.

Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
