Using Pop
A fitting should tell you more than how the neckline looks in one photograph. With Pop, check the existing bra, insert placement and finished clothing together. Make time to compare the look with and without the inserts before choosing your final outfit.
Check three mirror views
Before judging the result, wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Use clean, dry skin without lotion or oil and a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Place the pads low and to the side, thick edge down. Scoop up and inward onto each pad and press firmly through the garment so the adhesive contacts fabric outside and skin inside. Check symmetry in the mirror.
Then look at the front, side and back. If you wear a bra, Pop does not remove its straps or band. Check the cup edge and available clothing space rather than judging lift alone. Pop's box claims up to 2 cup sizes and up to 40 uses per pair; results and reuse vary, and neither is a guarantee.
Check everyday movement
Sit down, reach forward and lift your arms at a normal pace. Notice whether the bra stays comfortable and the inserts remain covered. If the clothing becomes tight or you keep adjusting, try another bra-and-outfit combination.

A common question
Do I need to wear Pop for every outfit?
No. Inserts are optional; use them when the fit and shape work for your chosen outfit.

Pop push-up inserts
Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.
Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
