In this guide
You found the dress. Now the question is what goes under it. The right answer depends on the neckline and the back, not the dress itself. Here's a quick guide for wedding guests and bridesmaids.
V-neck or plunge
If the neckline looks empty or gapes, use adhesive push-up inserts inside your bra or the dress's built-in cups. Pop's box claims up to 2 cup sizes; results vary. Its double-sided adhesive grips fabric outside and skin inside, but needs an existing bra or tight, structured top. It is not a guarantee against movement while dancing.
Backless, low back or halter
You need something with no back and no straps: a sticky bra. For Pop Up, start with a clean, dry chest without lotion, oil or perfume. Bend forward, place the cups at the outer breast near the armpit rather than the front, push tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward the belly button. Repeat, then bend forward, lift the chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp.
Strapless or off-shoulder
A strapless bra works if you're fine with a band. If it tends to slide down, switch to a sticky bra. Check its fit and grip with the dress before photos; a bandless product can still lose adhesion.
Bridesmaid dresses
Bridesmaid dresses are cut for one shape and worn by several people. Check inserts against each person's product size chart and dress structure rather than assuming one solution will fit everyone. Each bridesmaid checks her own size in the size guide.
Outdoor and summer weddings
Heat and dancing can affect how a product performs. Pop's box claims sweat and water resistance, but this is not a swimming, dancing or duration guarantee. The supplied Pop Up directions do not establish that same claim. Follow the product's skin-preparation directions and do not rely on a pair that will not stay in position.
Quick checklist
- Try everything on with the dress a week before
- No lotion or oil on your chest on the day
- Do an arms-up, bend-forward check before you leave
- Pack a spare pair of inserts

Place Pop inside a structured garment
These steps follow the Pop packaging supplied by VELUNA. Wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil. Place each pad inside an existing bra or tight, structured top low and to the side with the thick edge down, not over the front of the breast. Scoop your breast up and inward onto the pad, then press firmly through the top and check both sides in the mirror. Pop does not provide standalone bra support.
See product-specific wearing steps and care directions. Keep Pop and Pop Up care separate; the supplied instructions do not guarantee all-night hold.
