When a strapless bra is fine
If your dress has a closed back and you're comfortable in a band, a well-fitted strapless bra works. The catch is that the band has to be tight to stay up, which is why strapless bras dig in and slide down over a long night.
When a sticky bra wins
Any open back, halter neckline, cut-out or off-shoulder style where a band would show. A sticky bra removes the band from the outfit, but its cups can still lose grip. It is not a universal substitute for the support of a banded bra.

How to apply and care for Pop Up
Follow the Pop Up directions supplied by VELUNA. Start with a clean, dry chest without lotion, oil or perfume. Bend forward and place each cup at the outer breast near the armpit, not on the front. Push tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward your belly button. Repeat on the other side, then bend forward, lift the chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. Fit and coverage still need checking with your outfit.
Hand wash only with cool water and mild soap. Do not use harsh detergent or scrub. Rub the adhesive side with your fingertips to lift oils, rinse gently and well, air dry flat adhesive-side up or hang away from direct sunlight, then return it to its board in a clean, dry place.
