In this guide
A sticky bra that peels or slides needs a fit and condition check, not an assumption that the wearer caused it. These seven checks follow the Pop Up directions supplied by VELUNA. They cannot guarantee that every pair will hold for every person or event.
1. Check your skin preparation
Pop Up's instructions say to start with a clean, dry chest without lotion, oil or perfume. They do not identify a measured cause for most failures.
2. Make sure your chest is dry
Clean and completely dry skin is the starting condition. The supplied directions do not prescribe a ten-minute wait after showering or a sweat-duration guarantee.
3. Check the product's size
Use the size chart for the product you own. Do not choose from the cup letter alone or assume every bra size has a matching sticky bra. Check the coverage with your outfit.
4. Start at the outer breast, not the front
For Pop Up, bend forward and place each cup near the armpit on the outer side of the breast. Push tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward your belly button. Repeat on the other side. The instruction sheet identifies front placement as the most common placement mistake.
5. Use the clasp-and-lift step
Bend forward, lift your chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. The packaging does not specify a timed palm press or body-heat activation. Full steps are in how to wear a sticky bra.
6. Follow Pop Up's care directions
Hand wash only with cool water and mild soap. Do not use harsh detergent or scrub. Rub the adhesive side with your fingertips to lift oils, rinse gently and well, then air dry flat adhesive-side up or hang it out of direct sunlight. Store it back on its board somewhere clean and dry. See how to clean a sticky bra.
Do not transfer this routine to Pop inserts. Pop's supplied instructions say to wipe the pads clean and let them dry; they do not provide a detailed washing routine.
7. Reassess the pair and the outfit
Cleaning does not prove that a pair will recover its grip, and loss of grip does not identify one cause. If it still will not stay in position, do not rely on it for that outfit. Contact VELUNA about care, fit or replacement. Bundles are available if you need another pair.
If you meant Pop inserts
Pop needs an existing bra or tight, structured top. Place it inside low and to the side with the thick edge down, scoop your breast up and inward onto the pad, then press firmly through the top so both adhesive sides grip. It is not a standalone bra.
The related hold-test page is not evidence of a universal hold duration in this guide. The supplied packaging does not establish all-night hold or tested activity benchmarks. Stop using an adhesive product if irritation occurs. For removal help, use the directions accompanying your product or contact VELUNA; the supplied sheets do not provide a removal procedure.
Find your Veluna
Pop is a double-sided adhesive insert for an existing bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is a strapless, bandless sticky bra with a front clasp. Choose by your outfit and check each product's size chart.
