If your inserts slide or show at the neckline, check the product's size, placement, adhesive condition and the structure of your bra or top. This guide follows the Pop packaging supplied by VELUNA.

1. Use adhesive inserts, not loose pads

Loose foam pads rely on your bra to hold them, so they shift every time you move. Adhesive bra inserts have grip on both sides: one side sticks inside your bra cup, the other side holds to your skin. For Pop, that means fabric grips outside and skin grips inside. It needs an existing bra or tight, structured top, not a loose garment or standalone wear.

Veluna Pop inserts use double-sided adhesive and polyurethane foam. The box claims up to 2 cup sizes and sweat and water resistance. Results vary; resistance is not a swimming, dancing or wear-duration guarantee.

2. Get the right size

Most inserts are sold in one size. On a smaller cup the pad is too big, the edge overshoots the cup, and that's what shows at the neckline. Veluna Pop comes in four sizes matched to your everyday bra size (like 32B or 34C) so it sits inside the cup edge. Check yours in the size guide.

3. Place them low and to the outside

Place Pop inside your bra or tight, structured top low and to the side, with the thick edge down. Do not put it over the front of the breast. Scoop your breast up and inward toward the center onto the pad. Press firmly through the top so both sides grip, then check the mirror and match both sides. Thick edge up or no scoop are placement mistakes identified on Pop's packaging.

4. Prep your skin

Pop's directions say to wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil, and wear a tight, structured top or suitable existing bra.

5. Clean them between wears

The supplied Pop directions say to wipe the pads clean and let them dry. They do not provide a detailed soap, washing or storage protocol; ask VELUNA for Pop-specific help rather than copying Pop Up's routine. Pop's box says "Up to 40 uses per pair," not 40+ or a guaranteed minimum. Use depends on care, condition and placement. See product-specific care.

What to wear them with

  • V-neck and plunge dresses where the neckline looks empty
  • Bridesmaid and wedding guest dresses
  • Swimsuits and bikini tops
  • Dresses with built-in cups

Pop can work in an existing bra or tight, structured top, including suitable built-in cups. A loose or unsupported outfit is not the same setup. When a band or straps would show, a Pop Up sticky bra is a different option, not a promise of universal support. Use its separate placement steps.
