Constantly hitching up a strapless dress ruins the night. These fixes keep it where it belongs.
1. Get the fit right at the top
The bodice should be snug at the top edge. If you can fit more than a finger in, have it taken in.
2. Add grip
A thin line of body tape along the inside top edge keeps the fabric against your skin.
3. Ditch the sliding strapless bra
A strapless bra has to fight gravity with its band. A sticky bra has no band, but its cups can still lose grip. It is not a guarantee that your bra or dress will stay in place. More in sticky bra vs strapless bra.
4. Fill the bodice
Pop adhesive inserts can add fullness inside a suitable existing bra or tight, structured top. They are not a dress-retention device or standalone support. If the bodice slips, address the garment's fit and structure.
5. Do the test
Arms up, sit down, bend forward, dance for thirty seconds. If it moves, fix it before you leave.

Place Pop for lift, not to hold the dress up
Follow the supplied Pop packaging. Wipe the pads clean and let them dry, and start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil. Position each pad inside the top low and to the side, with the thick edge down, not on the front of the breast. Scoop up and inward onto the pad, press firmly through the top so fabric and skin grip, then check both sides in the mirror. If you choose Pop Up instead, use its outer-side placement and clasp-and-lift steps. Neither product's supplied directions guarantee that a strapless dress will stay up.

Pop is a double-sided adhesive insert for an existing bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is a strapless, bandless sticky bra with a front clasp. Choose by your outfit and check each product's size chart.
