Your wedding dress was chosen with care. What goes under it should be too. Here's how to pick by silhouette, and when to decide.
Strapless gown
If the gown has a built-in bodice, add adhesive push-up inserts inside the cups for shape. No built-in support? A sticky bra avoids a visible band, but does not guarantee the support of a banded bra or hold throughout the ceremony. Check the gown's support and the product fit at your fitting.
Backless or low-back gown
A sticky bra is one option that leaves the back bare. A gown's built-in support may be another.
Plunge or deep V
A sticky bra with a front clasp, or inserts in the gown's cups, depending on how the bodice is built.
Illusion or sheer lace
Choose stitch-free edges and a shade close to your skin so nothing shows through the lace.
When to decide
Bring your choice to your final fitting and try it with the gown. Do an arms-up and bend-forward check.
On the day
- Start with a clean, dry chest; no lotion or oil for Pop, and no lotion, oil or perfume for Pop Up
- Apply Pop Up before dressing; Pop is positioned inside the bra or tight, structured top and pressed through the fabric
- Keep a spare pair of inserts in the emergency kit

Follow your product's placement steps
The supplied Pop packaging says to wipe the pads clean and let them dry, then place them inside an existing bra or tight, structured top low and to the side, thick edge down. Scoop your breast up and inward onto the pad, press firmly through the fabric and match both sides in the mirror. Pop is not standalone support.
For Pop Up, bend forward and place each cup at the outer breast near the armpit, not the front. Push tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward your belly button. Repeat, then bend forward, lift your chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. See product-specific wearing directions and care directions.
