Sticky bra and insert sizing is product-specific. Use the full everyday bra size and the product's chart rather than assuming that the letter on your bra tag is the product size. Size is one fit consideration, not a verified leading cause of every failure.
Why your bra size isn't your sticky bra size
A regular bra size combines band (the number) and cup (the letter). A sticky bra has no band, so brands group bra sizes by overall cup volume. That's why a 34B and a 36A can wear the same size, while a 32B and a 34B might not.
How to find yours
- Use the bra size you wear most days and feel good in, like 34B.
- Find it in the brand's size chart, not the letter alone.
- If your size is not listed or you are unsure between sizes, ask VELUNA for product-specific fit help. Do not automatically choose the smaller size.

Don't know your bra size?
Use the measuring guidance from your regular bra brand to establish your everyday bra size, then check the matching VELUNA product chart. Band and cup conversion varies by sizing system; do not infer it from the packaging's A/B/C/D labels.
Check placement as well as size
The charts above are retained from the existing size guide; the supplied Pop packaging does not provide a new band-and-cup mapping. Pop goes inside an existing bra or tight, structured top, low and to the side with the thick edge down. Scoop up and inward, press through the fabric and check both sides. Pop Up goes on the outer breast near the armpit, not the front, with the clasp pointing 45 degrees toward the belly button before its clasp-and-lift step.
