There is no single wear count for every sticky bra or adhesive insert. Product directions, use and the pair's condition matter. VELUNA's supplied Pop packaging and Pop Up directions make different claims.
What Pop's box says
Pop inserts are polyurethane foam inserts with double-sided adhesive. The box says "Up to 40 uses per pair," not 40+ wears. Treat that as an upper-limit packaging claim, not a guaranteed minimum or a tested result for your pair.
The same box says "Up To 2 Cup size." Results vary with fit, placement and the outfit. Neither number means every wearer will achieve that result.
What Pop Up's directions say
The supplied Pop Up instructions explain application, hand washing, air drying and board storage. They do not give a numerical lifespan or promise all-night hold. Do not apply Pop's 40-use claim to Pop Up.
Keep their care routines separate
For Pop, the supplied directions say to wipe the pads clean and let them dry. They do not specify a detailed washing or storage protocol. Ask VELUNA for additional Pop-specific directions rather than borrowing another product's routine.
For Pop Up, hand wash with cool water and mild soap. Do not use harsh detergent or scrub. Rub the adhesive side with your fingertips to lift oils, rinse gently and well, then air dry flat with the adhesive side up or hang it away from direct sunlight. Store it back on its board somewhere clean and dry.

When to reassess your pair
Cleaning can remove oils, but it cannot guarantee restored grip. Check preparation, fit and placement too. If the pair does not stay in position, do not rely on it for your outfit; contact VELUNA about care or replacement. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Think about cost per wear carefully
Use the price you actually pay and the number of successful uses you actually get. An upper-limit box claim is not a reliable denominator for a guaranteed cost-per-wear calculation.
