Structured Bodices: Check Built-In Shape Before Inserts

All outfit & bra guides / Fabric & silhouette
Fabric & silhouette
A structured bodice may already contain cups, seams or padding. Check what the dress is designed to hold before adding anything. Pop can be used inside a suitable bra or a tight, structured top. Built-in cups alone do not establish compatibility; check whether the garment supports the shape and permits adhesive contact with fabric outside and skin inside.
Inspect the dress construction
Look for a lining pocket, fixed padding or a shaped panel. Follow the garment's instructions if it has its own support system. If you wear a separate bra underneath, check that the bodice has room for both that bra and any inserts.
Avoid competing shapes
A rigid bodice and added padding can push against each other. Try the bra alone first, then compare the complete outfit if you add Pop. Keep comfortable closure and coverage; do not force the dress to close around more volume.

A common question
Can Pop replace a dress's built-in support?
No. Pop may work inside a suitable tight, structured garment, but it does not replace built-in support. Wipe the pads clean and let them dry, and start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil. Place each pad low and to the side with the thick edge down, scoop up and inward onto it, then press firmly through the garment. Check both sides and keep comfortable space.

Pop push-up inserts
Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.
Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
