Square-Neck Dresses: Check the Cup Corners

All outfit & bra guides / Neckline checks
Neckline checks
A square neckline creates clear horizontal and vertical edges. Those edges make it easy to spot a bra cup that sits too high or too wide. Check the upper cup corners before deciding how much lift or padding to add.
Try the bra without inserts first
If the dress covers your regular bra, check the neckline with that bra alone. Adding Pop changes the shape within the cups and may change how the dress sits. Keep extra volume only if the neckline stays covered and comfortable.
Inspect the side corners
Square-neck dresses can have wide-set straps and open corners near the armholes. Pop Up may help with visible straps, but the adhesive cups must remain under the side fabric. View the corners while reaching forward, not only with your arms at your sides.
