Fabric & silhouette

Ribbed fabric can stretch across added volume and change the spacing of its vertical lines. If you use Pop inside your bra, look at those lines as well as the neckline. They can help you notice where a top becomes too tight.

Check the rib spacing

Compare the shirt with your bra alone and with inserts. If the ribs spread sharply across the chest or the fabric pulls upward, the top may need more room. Keep the product inside the bra cups and avoid forcing extra volume into a tight fit.

Check the hem and armholes

Extra chest volume can affect how a fitted top hangs lower down. Look at the hem and armhole openings while seated. Choose the version that lets the ribbed fabric sit comfortably across the whole torso.

A common question

Can inserts change how a top hangs?

Yes. Adding volume inside a bra can affect the way fitted fabric stretches and falls.
