Fabric & silhouette

A relaxed blouse gives fabric more space to fall, but its neckline and armholes still determine bra coverage. Pop can add lift inside a bra you already own. Decide whether that change improves the particular blouse rather than assuming loose clothing needs more padding.

Check the blouse at the neckline

Button or tie it as you plan to wear it. Look at the upper cup edge when you lean forward. Extra shape may change the opening, especially with a soft V-neck or wrap-style front.

Check movement at the armholes

Loose fabric can move away from the body during reaching. If your regular bra stays covered, compare the blouse with and without Pop. If the armholes expose the bra, insert placement will not change the bra's outer shape or straps.

A common question

Do inserts change loose blouse coverage?

They can change shape, but they do not close neckline or armhole openings.
