How do Pop inserts stay put?
Each insert has adhesive on both sides. One side sticks inside your bra cup or swimsuit, the other side holds to you, so the pad doesn't slide or peek out when you move.
How do I pick my size?
Veluna sizes aren't the letter on your bra tag. Pick the bra size you wear most days (like 34B) in the size finder and it tells you your Pop size. For example, 34B is Pop Size B and 34C is Pop Size C.
Will they show under a fitted top?
That's the reason we size them. One-size inserts overshoot on smaller cups, and the overhang is what shows. A Pop matched to your bra size sits inside the cup edge.
Can I reuse them?
Yes. Rinse the adhesive side with lukewarm water, let it air dry face up, and put it back on its film. Skip lotion and oil on the day you wear them so the adhesive keeps its grip.
Is the adhesive OK for my skin?
Patch test on a small area first, and don't apply on broken, irritated or freshly shaved skin. Peel off slowly from the top edge. If you feel irritation, remove it and stop wearing it.
