Gown has built-in shape?
Pop can work with a suitable bra or tight, structured garment, but built-in cups alone do not establish compatibility. Check space, fabric contact and support before adding it. Pop Up needs coverage over its two cups and front clasp.

Good to know
Pop is a pair of double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts used with garment support. Pop Up is a two-cup adhesive bra with a front clasp, worn without another bra.
Wipe the pads clean and let them dry. Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil and a tight, structured top or suitable bra. Place each pad inside the garment low and to the side, with the thick edge down, not over the front. Scoop the breast up and inward toward the center onto the pad. Press firmly through the garment so the outside grips fabric and the inside grips skin, then check both sides in the mirror. Pop does not replace garment support.
Start with clean, dry skin without lotion, oil or perfume on the chest. Bend forward and place each cup near the armpit, not on the front. Push breast tissue inward, press down and point the clasp 45 degrees toward the belly button. Repeat on the other side. Bend forward again, lift the chest, bring the cups together and close the clasp. More space before joining the cups is the package's adjustment for cleavage, not a guaranteed result. The outfit must cover both cups and the clasp.

Choose Pop inserts with a suitable bra or tight, structured top, or Pop Up when the outfit covers its cups and front clasp. Check fit and comfort before wearing it out.
