Fabric & silhouette

A fitted T-shirt is a useful way to compare shape because the fabric follows your bra closely. Pop adds lift inside an existing bra. Try a small, deliberate change and judge the whole silhouette rather than focusing only on the neckline.

Check the bra fit first

Wear the T-shirt with your bra alone and look at the front and side. Note any existing tightness or cup outline. If the bra already feels crowded, adding inserts may make the fit less comfortable.

Compare the finished look

With clean, dry skin without lotion or oil and pads wiped clean and dried, place one pad low and to the side in each bra cup, thick edge down. Scoop the breast up and inward onto the pad. Press firmly through the bra to secure fabric contact outside and skin contact inside, then check both sides. Put the shirt back on. A fitted tee alone is not necessarily a tight, structured supporting garment. Check the armhole area, lower cup line and side profile. Keep the placement that feels comfortable and stays inside the bra; choose another shirt if the fabric becomes strained.

A common question

Do I need inserts with every fitted tee?

No. Pop is an optional way to add shape, not a requirement for wearing fitted clothing.

Pop push-up inserts

Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.

Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
