Outfit planning

Instead of shopping for every dress separately, group your wardrobe by coverage. Make one pile for outfits that cover your usual bra and another for styles with open backs, bare shoulders or narrow panels. This shows where inserts and adhesive bras do different jobs.

Write down the tricky openings

For each difficult outfit, note the neckline depth, back opening and side coverage. Some garments expose several areas at once. Pop will not change your bra's straps or band, while Pop Up still needs fabric over its cups and clasp.

Build a tested outfit list

Try the products with a few garments you actually wear. Save notes about the combinations that fit comfortably, rather than assuming every similar neckline works. Include outfits that work well with your regular bra alone.

A common question

Should I group outfits only by occasion?

Coverage is often a more useful guide than labels such as party or everyday.
