Neckline checks

A button-down shirt makes changes in chest volume easy to see at the placket. If you want to try Pop inside your bra, check the shirt's button line before and after adding inserts. Extra lift should not come at the expense of comfortable clothing fit.

Start with the shirt closed

Wear the bra and shirt as you normally would. Notice pulling, gaps or tightness between the buttons. If the shirt already feels strained, additional padding may not suit that particular fit.

Compare the side silhouette

Start with clean, dry skin without lotion or oil and pads wiped clean and dried. In the bra, place each insert low and to the side with the thick edge down. Scoop the breast up and inward onto the pad, then press firmly through the bra so the outer side grips fabric and the inner side grips skin. Check symmetry, then look at the front and side. Sit at a desk and reach forward. If the placket pulls more, remove the inserts or choose a roomier shirt. The goal is an outfit you can wear comfortably. Do not attach Pop to a loose button-down alone; the packaging calls for a tight, structured supporting top.

A common question

Will inserts stop a shirt from gaping?

No. Additional volume can increase pulling in some shirts, so check the complete outfit.

Pop push-up inserts

Double-sided adhesive polyurethane foam inserts. Use with a suitable bra or tight, structured top; the garment still provides support.

Check current sizes, prices and availability on the product page. Pop needs support from a suitable bra or tight, structured top. Pop Up is the separate adhesive bra with two cups and a front clasp. Fit depends on garment support, coverage and placement.
